Bis gestern Abend (12.02.2011) 22:00 Uhr war ich der Meinung, dass ich mich gesund ernähre und mit Bio-Essen (vor allem Bio-Fleisch) die guten Landwirte unterstütze und meinen Teil in der Gesellschaft für nachhaltiges Wirtschaften beitrage. Doch dann sah ich mir ein paar Videobeiträge der Autorin Karen Duve, welche mit ihrem Sachbuch "Anständig essen" und einem Selbstversuch derzeit von sich reden macht - vergleiche dazu auch einen Artikel auf Spiegel-Online.
Und plötzlich kam ich ins Grübeln...sind Bio-Fleisch und Bio-Eier wirklich so sehr in Ordnung, wie ich immer glaubte? Nein. Und jetzt geht mir das Zitat von Johann Wolfgang von Goethe aus seinem Werk Faust durch den Kopf: „Da steh ich nun, ich armer Tor,und bin so klug als wie zuvor.“
Wie geht es jetzt weiter?
Das Jahr 2011 wird aufregend. Die Zahl 11 steht für Abenteuer, also werde ich mich ein wenig umstellen und meinen Konsum modifizieren. Ich werde mich informieren und auf einen der zahlreichen Websites zum Thema (www.utopia.de und www.karmakonsum.de) nach Inspirationen suchen. Auf jeden Fall werde ich nicht den Kopf in den Sand stecken. Ich möchte ein Vorbild für meine Kinder sein und die Waffe des strategsichen Konsums dafür nutzen.
